Insurance Concepts serves as the strategic and administrative “mothership” behind these organizations — supporting investments, reporting, governance coordination, and long-term operational planning.
Each affiliated self-insurance entity maintains its own Member Supervisory Board and governance structure. Those Boards independently select their administrative partner.
Ironwood Casualty operates differently from the self-insurance entities. It is a traditional insurance company structure designed to provide additional property and casualty coverage options to members of the affiliated programs.
Our role is to ensure every affiliated organization operates with stability, efficiency, professionalism, and long-term strategic consistency.
